Policies

Here are the policies that we have in place in our salon, to help keep everything running smoothly. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Cancellations & No Shows

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes you will need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If at all possible, I ask you to give me at least 24 hours notice. If you have more than TWO last minute cancellations or no show's within a year's time, I will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your service/s you are booking for, for all future appointments. Deposits will be used as credits towards the subsequent appointments.

Late to Appointment

If you are more than 5 minutes late to a haircut only appointment or 15 minutes late to a color appointment, you will be required to reschedule your appointment. After being late twice within a year's time frame, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the service/s you are booking for, for all future appointments. Deposits will be used as credits towards the subsequent appointments.

Service Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you aren't completely happy, please let me know during or within 7 days of your appointment. I will be happy to make any needed adjustments, as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. In most cases I will be happy to accommodate you free of charge. If needed, I ask that you let me know asap so we can make it right.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be shared with outside companies.
